Sex pistols COSH THE DRIVER promo poster, Jamie Reid 1978

Jamie Reed designed promo poster! Cosh the driver was the original title of the 5th single by the SEX PISTOLS, this was the promo poster for that single! The single was released June 30th 1978 with the new title of NO ONE IS INNOCENT. Cosh the driver was reference to the near fatal beating the train driver suffered in BIGGS robbery years before! Virgin records vetoed the song title so it appeared as NO ONE IS INNOCENT.

A punk prayer by Ronnie Biggs! Although it was a release by the SEX PISTOLS it was recorded by STEVE JONES and PAUL COOK with vocals by great train robber RONNIE BIGGS! This poster has been professionally framed and kept away from direct sunlight for over 30 years.

It is in excellent clean original condition and is the best I have seen of this particular poster. Dimensions in frame are 71 x 49cm.
